Ways to connect

Swarms

The call list for the 2024 season is being finalized. You must be a member of BCHPA and have BCHPA Group Liability Insurance to qualify.

If you see a swarm, please do not spray it with pesticides or poison. Bees in a swarm are generally calm as they have no brood or honey to protect and they are pre-occupied with finding a new suitable home.

Please notify any of the following agencies if you see a swarm in the Prince George, British Columbia (Canada) area. They will connect with the local beekeepers on our Swarm Call List to come and remove the swarm. Thank you for your assistance!
